Your role within our startup

As a Senior AI/ML Engineer at Loyee.io, you will utilize your experience to build and fine-tune predictive forecasting models. You'll apply your skills to diverse areas, such as predictive modeling, descriptive analytics, and natural language processing, in order to develop strong predictive models to transform the way our teams approach analyzing sales deals.

About you

Are you a hands-on problem solver with experience in deploying machine learning models into production? Do you thrive on pushing boundaries with predictive forecasting and natural language processing? Can you take initiative and drive projects to completion in a fast-paced environment? If you answered "yes" to these questions, then you could be a stellar addition to our team as a Senior AI/ML Engineer.

Minimum Requirements:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Machine Learning, Data Science, or any other relevant field
• 3-5 years of work experience
• Proven experience working in AI/ML projects with demonstrable experience deploying ML models into production.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and AI/ML frameworks.
• Solid experience in various ML fields, particularly predictive modeling, descriptive analytics, and NLP.

Nice to Have

• Experience managing a team of engineers or interns.
• A track record of contributing to open-source projects.
• A passion for AI/ML and a desire to stay at the cutting edge of these technologies.
• A self-starter with the ability to run projects and take initiative.
