Role Overview:

Calling all marketing wizards and visionaries! As the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and a key partner to the founder, you'll take the reins of our marketing game and play an instrumental role in shaping our brand's presence in the HR industry. Together, we'll strategize, plan, and execute marketing initiatives to accelerate our growth and establish ourselves as an industry leader.

Responsibilities:

- Co-create and execute a killer marketing strategy to boost brand awareness, generate leads, and acquire customers.

- Work your magic with captivating marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and events.

- Get to know our audience like a best friend, speaking directly to their hearts through tailored messages.

Qualifications:

- You're a marketing maestro with experience in the HR or related industry, driving growth and success.

- Entrepreneurial spirit runs in your veins, and you're ready to co-found an HR startup with boundless potential.

- Digital marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, and all that jazz? You've got it covered.

- Your communication skills are off the charts.

- Data-driven and analytical, using insights to make marketing magic happen.

- You think outside the box, setting us apart from the crowd with innovative ideas.

- HR is your passion, and you're thrilled about empowering businesses through talent strategies.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA would be epic).

- Fluency in German and English languages is a must.
