The role

As an (Associate) Data Science & Management Consultant, you hold a central position in accelerating our customers’ digital transformation while expanding our market presence. Your core responsibilities revolve around close collaboration with our clients to shape impactful business enhancements. This encompasses data transformations, the development of incisive analyses, and the creation of compelling business propositions. This role demands a profound understanding of our customers’ needs and the ability to articulate our solutions to key decision-makers and senior management.

The work you will do

• Cultivate strong customer relationships by establishing trust through your technical prowess, product expertise, and business acumen, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with customers to design and develop solutions within the Celonis platform that drive value realization and guarantee success.
• Identify process inefficiencies and root causes in close partnership with the customer, leveraging state-of-the-art process mining technology.
• Articulate and present the business value realized to your customers’ senior executives.
• Establish the foundation and accompany customers on their journey to long-term process excellence.

Qualifications you need

• Strong communication skills in both German and English, along with a passion for engaging with diverse customers to understand and interpret business processes.
• Dedication and a forward-thinking vision, with a strong desire to actively contribute to the success of our dynamic company.
• Exceptional analytical skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a reputation for rapid learning.
• A thirst for a job that offers continuous learning opportunities and encourages thinking outside the box.
• Proficiency in data-related languages, with SQL as a requirement, and a bonus if you’re familiar with other programming languages like Python.
• You are a master in MS Office (Powerpoint, Excel, …).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technology & Management, Industrial/Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Physics or a comparable degree program.
• relevant work experience in IT Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement, or a related field are beneficial.
