Working student Hub Development & CRM (m/f/d)
Munich (onsite), 6-24 months contract

Your Responsibilities:

• Analyse business process automatization opportunities.
• Think-through, create and test interfaces between software tools, i.e. Monday.com, Mailchimp, Office 365.
• Help maintaining and improving the Monday.com based CRM system.
• Analyse databases with i.e. KNIME, Phyton and other relevant tools/ languages to help identifying dependencies and trends.
• Shape/ develop dashboards in i.e. Monday.com and Microsoft Azure.
• Provide research support and help with presentations.

Your Profile:

• You are enrolled as a master student (m/f/d) in a relevant field of study (e.g., business administration, economics, computer science, engineering) for a minimum of 6 months.
• Interest in IT tools and business processes.
• Strong analytical skills and the will to dig into the smallest details to make our processes smooth and easy.
• Independent, organised and proactive working style.
• Excellent communication skills in English, German language skills (oral and written).
• Additional languages are a superior plus as well as coding and database experience will be a superior plus.
